Dust To Green Referral Programme

Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
   The Dust To Green Referral Programme is available to existing Dust To Green clients who refer a new residential or commercial client to our cleaning services.

2. Referral Reward
   The referring client will receive 15% off next two cleans and the new client will receive 20% off first two cleans.

3. New Client Requirement
   The referred customer must be a new client who has not previously used Dust To Green’s services.

4. Referral Identification
   To qualify for the referral reward, the new client must mention the referring client’s name or referring business name at the time of booking, or the referring client must introduce Dust To Green to the new client via email.

5. New Client Discount
   The referred client will receive 20% off their first two cleans.

6. Referring Client Reward Activation
   The referring client’s reward (15% off two cleans) will be applied only after the referred client has completed their first two cleans with Dust To Green.

7. Multiple Referrals
   Clients may refer multiple new customers, and each successful referral will earn an additional referral reward.

8. Reward Usage
   Referral rewards may be used after previously earned referral discounts have been completed. If multiple referrals are made, rewards will accumulate and can be used for future cleans.

9. Discount Limits
   Only one referral discount may be applied per clean, and referral discounts cannot be combined or stacked with other promotions, offers, or discounts.

10. Maximum Monthly Discount Usage
    Due to scheduling and fairness across clients, referral discounts are generally limited to a maximum of four discounted cleans per month, depending on cleaning frequency and availability.

11. Non-Transferable
    Referral rewards are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be applied to past or already completed services.

12. Programme Changes
    Dust To Green reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the referral programme at any time.

13. Service Availability
    All bookings remain subject to Dust To Green’s service availability and standard service terms.
